“I bought a Montana rug in grey. It was relatively inexpensive and of the quality I expected. However, I did expect next day delivery as advertised but the rug took a week to be delivered. The courier DX gave me a delivery slot which they didn't keep, the carpet eventually arrived during the second delivery slot. I think this could be really inconvenient if you are out during the day. I happened to be at home during the delivery but the courier didn't even ring the door bell, just left the carpet propped up against the front door.”

Hi Deborah, Thank you for your review. First of all, we would appreciate it if you accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused by the courier company. We are aware of the problems with the courier company, however, we experience the same issues with every company. Unfortunately, these courier companies in the UK are not operating with up-to-date systems and they constantly change their drivers. All of them refuse to get signatures by using COVID as an excuse, still. They do not use any other confirmation either which is not okay and not up-to-date. However, these problems are mostly caused by specific drivers. Every delivery depends on the drivers working in that local area. We try everything we can to solve these issues as fast as possible. “Nice looking rug, good material, has a soft feel under the feet although it is quite thin. Not as white as pictured, more like has a silver white tone to it, that kind of looks a bit old in low light sometimes but Non-slip, Good value for money.”
