“The design of the rugs is great. They look and feel good. I bought the washable ones as we have young children. I use them on top of the carpet. I have had to put weights on the corners to stop them from curling up. This was easy enough. Finding what I wanted on the website was easy and the ordering process was simple. The prices were competitive. When the rugs arrived one of them was the wrong design. I messaged customer services and sent photos of the packaging and the rugs when requested. After nearly a week of hearing nothing I had to chase a response from them. There wasn't another matching rug to replace the one I had been sent incorrectly so I was offered a full refund to return it or 30% discount to keep it. I decided to keep it as it was close to the original design and I'd had the carpets professionally cleaned and needed to use them. Once I decided on a partial refund it was in my account within 2 days.”

“Although I haven’t kept my rug, as the colours did not work with my decor, my customer service experience has been excellent. The rug I received had a fault, which I photographed and sent via email. I received a reply almost immediately and The Rugs arranged for courier collection on a date convenient to me. They could not have been more polite or attentive. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company, despite not purchasing from them in the end.”
