“I placed an order and within a couple of days I received a package. Unfortunately the mar I received wasn’t the one that I ordered so I emailed The Rugs and explained the situation. They were quick to respond and apologised for the error and said that they would send me the correct mat. This was received a couple of days later and I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you for sorting this out so quickly”

“Bought for living room. Just moved in to new hoose and did not have carpets down yet so thought a big rug would do till I can get them. What a size just about covered my floor just a1 bedroom flat. Just amazing really great quality and the colour is grey and fluffy too. Would recommend to anyone. Will be ordering again but a runner. Great delivery too. And money off with first order.”

“As a busy household with several dogs, my floors see a lot of foot traffic. Consequently, over the years I have regularly bought and sadly got rid of rugs that simply don't stand the test of time. I previously had some positive experiences with washable rugs but the company I used was very expensive. I then stumbled across The Rugs website and fell in love with their designs but also their prices. I was able to purchase a huge washable rug which has transformed my living room. It arrived super quick and everyone who has seen it asks where I bought it from. The quality, design, finish etc are exquisite and best of all it was excellent value for money, coming in at a fraction of the price of similar companies washable rugs. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely be buying from them again”
