“Excellent and the prices are unbelievable.I have purchased 2 and am so happy with them. They look so expensive. The only complaint I have is DX delivery man Bruce who used FOUL language and abandoned my carpets in the hallway. His language was appauling because he couldn't work the elevator. This puts me off ordering more.”

“It’s made really nicely and looks great. We washed it the day after we put it down thanks to our dog which is the reason we got it. It washed lovely and dried quickly. The only slightly negative thing about it is I would say it’s more like a mat than a rug as it’s quite thin but then you’d never get it in the washing machine otherwise! I will definitely be buying another so I can alternate whilst one is in the wash.”

“Absolutely love the rug. Customer service was excellent ordered the white one and then realised with grandchildren round would get dirty very quickly even though its washable. I exchanged it for the black one which arrived the next day. Colour is black but kids seem to think its navy. Depends on where you stand. But very happy with my rug.”

“I like the concept of the rug it is a great size , great material but the print doesn’t look the best or exactly like the picture . I wish the gold bit was a block colour and not a bobbly one . I’m not saying the rest of the prints are not great , I’m just disappointed in this one.”

“We love our rug. Excellent quality, very easy to clean and can be machine washed when it gets too dirty. The customer service department was very helpful and the delivery was also very quick (we ordered boxing day and it arrived within 4 days).”
