“Would have given maximum stars based on this last purchase and others bought previously, all of which have been exactly as described and quality excellent. Unfortunately on this occasion the carriers messed up and lost the package after taking possession but failed to notify me of such, meaning I had to complain to The Rugs who promptly sorted things out with a delivery the following day. So 5 stars to The Rugs and Zero to the carriers”

The adviser arrange collection of the rug I bought from my house and delivery the very next day! I have never been so impressed with such excellent customer service. The quality of the washable rugs are great. This will be my new go to place for rugs !!!”

“Had a look at washable rugs online and this company came up the cheapest. I thought we would be skimping on quality but to my surprise that was absolutely not the case! From order to receipt of goods everything was smooth and easy fast delivery too! The rug itself is excellent and hoovers well! I haven’t washed it yet but I am sure it will be great too. I rate this company and product 5 stars. Why can’t every company be like the rugs?”

“I needed a rug for a room where our dogs sleep. They wipe their faces over it! so I desperately wanted one that was washable. The yellow round one looks good and definitely does the job. Very pleased that it’s also non slip.”

“Rugs are excellent. Only problem was the delivery driver whose FOUL language was terrible. He would not deliver it to my front door and left it in the hallway. DX did not condone his swearing, and I was going to order another rug but did not want Bruce from DX to deliver it as he even swore at my neighbours. Disgusting .”
