“So many online butchers over promise and underdeliver, yet to date I have been really impressed with Swaledale Butchers. The beef was clearly from native breeds and dry aged as promised… you can tell by the cut size and texture… it tasted great. Keep up the good work!”

“I HAVE NO COMPLAINT ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS,BUT THE DELIVER WAS NOT THE BEST,I HAD AN E/MAILTO SAY THAT THE PARCEL WAS DUE TO BE DELIVERED ON THE 14TH . IT DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL THE 15TH AND SOME OF THE ICEBAGS WERE STARTING TO MELT. FORTINATELY THE MEAT WAS OK. YOURS JOHN H SAVAGE”

“I can't recommend Swalesdale Butchers highly enough .Their meat is second to none . All their meat comes from Yorkshire and is the best quality . Any hiccups in the machine are soon rectified and a big shout out to Dawn in customer support for her sterling work .Makes me want to go and live in Yorkshire meat is so good.”

I had a problem with a previous order caused solely by the courier driver and it was sorted promptly and smoothly by Swaledale where I was made to feel a very valued customer. “Excellent looking quality meat with a good date on all products I ordered. Thoroughly well packaged, the ice packs used to keep meat cool during transit were still frozen on opening my parcel. Not cheap but having worked in the meat industry, quality meat is definitely worth the extra cost in my opinion. Great to be able to order some of the less well known cuts that you can't purchase elsewhere, Will definitely be ordering again.”
