“My order was reasonably priced and arrived promptly. However I have just tried to order the same product again a month later and was very disappointed to find that not only had the product price gone up but so had the delivery price by quite a considerable amount.”

“Order of Railway sleepers and Plum slate chippings was a little slow to be processed. However, the delivery driver was very helpful and courteous. Some splits in the sleepers although these will be hidden from sight when construction is complete. Other than that would certainly use Suregreen again!”

“Very pleased with our purchase of a wire panel. We returned one panel as we did not need it. Contact with Suregreen is easy and accessible, this is a refreshing change. Only one point is the limited wire panel sizes coated in green PVC, which is why 4 stars not five.”

“Unfortunately, one of the ordered fence panels arrived damaged. However, the panels had been well fixed to some pallets and plastic-wrapped, so the damage was likely in transit. I was impressed with how quickly Suregreen reacted to the problem and refunded the cost of the damaged panel. The panels themselves are quite sturdy and look good in the garden.”

“I recently bought material to make a couple of cloches. The mesh to cover them comes in a variety of sizes and I was unsure what I needed. The telephone assistance I received was wrong, but, fortunately, I was able to work out my needs and get what I wanted. I would suggest that you could explain dimensions required for 'a 4 hoop cloche 'a 6 hoop cloche' and so on. It would also be really useful if you suggested what you could get inside the cloche. I've never used them before and found a/ short rows across the width are easier to look after, b/ long rows along the length are difficult to get to unless you take off the mesh. I tried carrots & they, and my 4 cabbage plants have outgrown the cloches completely. So, suggestions from you, like 'lettuce, radish and land cress work well in a cloche this size'? Just a suggestion.”
