After not receiving our order pre Christmas even given a long in depth conversation with the lady in the office. After explaining that due to a fault on their website the delivery went to the card address and not the work address. They did not call back. They have delivered to our showroom today 2/1/26 and left a large expensive order in a public car park. On the shop door it stated we are closed until Monday 5 January. There is also an out of office email which has also been sent in reply to their email arranging delivery. I don't know if our items will be safe in a car park until we return in 3 days time. I'm trying to be super efficient they have A dropped heavy items in the incorrect place. B left us to move these large orders by hand into our stores 200 meters away. I am not happy with this.

We would like to clarify that, as discussed, we did speak with you by phone prior to Christmas to explain the delivery issue and resulting delay. This occurred because the order was placed with the card billing address rather than the intended work delivery address, which unfortunately meant the original delivery could not be completed as planned. We understand you indicated this was due to a website issue, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this caused. With regard to the delivery on 2/1/26, we apologise for the distress caused by the items being delivered while the showroom was closed. This is not the experience we aim to provide, particularly for a large and high-value order, and we fully appreciate your concerns regarding the delivery location and the manual handling required. A delivery confirmation was sent in advance to notify you of the scheduled delivery, and prior to this, no instructions or confirmation were provided to advise that the premises would be unavailable to receive the goods on that date. Therefore, our delivery went ahead as scheduled due to this. Please be assured that we take this feedback seriously and are reviewing the matter internally to ensure clearer communication and more appropriate delivery handling in the future. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further and work towards a resolution, please contact our Customer Care team directly so we can assist. Product good, but delivery poor. Claimed there was no one here to recieve goods, we have a staff of 50 here from 7am-5pm. Had to resend which delayed.

Having ordered on the 8th Sept and still waiting for my order, I can only award a 2 star. After several calls and no callbacks and no update on where my delivery is. Evri has let me down down and Sure green can not even get an update from them. Spoke to another advisor today who stated they will resend the order. You need to change delivery company.

Unfortunately I can’t rate very highly because I paid for my order on 11th August, including a reasonably expensive delivery cost and currently I am still haven’t received my order (20th August). Hopefully I do receive my order in the coming days.

Delivery was good, disappointed with condition of posts as had deep cracks which couldn't be filled with fence paint.Im changing my original post's because they were rotten,I'm going to have to change these quicker than I would have wanted to.

All the wood post have cracked, build some monkey bars for kids, it doesn't feel safe with splinters and cracks.

Fast delivery, but items were poorly packaged in just shrink wrap. As a result a lot of the garden canes were either crushed or split on arrival. Canes were advertised as minimal tapering, I found this not to be true. The canes were significantly thinner at one end. Pretty disappointing.

The products are very good and exactly waht i ordered, the delivey was quick and on time, my issue was that the lorry caught and broke the string of lights that were in my tree.

Ordered sleepers on the Friday, was told they would be delivered the following week, probably Thursday. They never arrived. I emailed, tried phoning on/off no one answered. Eventually got hold of someone on the Friday and was told they wouldn’t be with me until the following week. I needed them for that weekend so ended up picking them up. The quality is ok, Very patchy brown stain and 1 was split.

I ordered my picket fence panels and gate 3/4. Due to the lack of product I had to change my order from green round to to brown point top. When my order arrived 4/5 the gate was broken, 1 fence panel broken and they sent green posts instead of brown. I will now have to call on Tuesday to get them to fix my order. I have someone booked in next weekend to fit my fence so I need my order corrected by 9/5. To say I’m dissapointed is an understatement. I used Suregreen because I’d had a good experience a few yrs ago. Gone down hill, I wouldn’t recommend them.

Probably not there fault but items did not arrive in the time frame so I needed to chase it up but finally required a refund,it's difficult for a company to keep track of a order but something needs to be put in place so the customer is kept informed instead of the customer needing to keep track of the delivery

Unfortunately not had the best experience. Ordered some wire fence and various bits like posts to fit. Delivery said 3-5 days. What it doesn’t say is they order the wire fence in and once they have it it’s 3-5 days delivery. I’d received no updates or notifications for a week, rang up to find the wire fence had arrived to them damaged and had been reordered. No comms to me. Rang again to find out how it was getting on the following week as still no updates despite them promising. They had the new fence, I had to ask them to upgrade delivery to their ‘express’ service. No offer despite the delay. Order finally arrived the following week with the wrong height wire fence. So they ordering again. Goodness knows how long it will take, pointed out I was yet to receive an apology, and there has been not offer of any good will. Bit of a nightmare, had builders here ready to put it in with their other jobs and weren’t able to, so not sure when it will get done now. Very disappointing experience and terrible customer service and poor comms. If you have any kind of time line I’d avoid.

The description on the website states these panels were suitable for animals. When they arrived, a panel was damaged. These panels unfortunately don't match the description and would injure any dog or animal putting their feet up on top of the panel. On requesting a refund I've been charged a collection fee and no refund of the delivery charge, both of which are expensive.

Placed two separate orders within days for the same product but the colours were vastly different, we ordered plenty of items from Sure Green but have been let down by the customer service on this occassion as they have been unresponsive despite sending two emails into the team.
