“Placing the order with you & the dispatch was very efficient, but the delivery was poor due to damaged items in transit being returned to you which delayed matters.”

“I bought ten of these fence cappings -they stained up well and were easy to fit. A little disappointed that oneof the cappings snapped around a knot in the wood when it was nailed. However, I was able to hide the break behind a tall shrub. Peter Ellement”

“I posted earlier that my order had not arrived. After contacting customer care the order was resent and arrived safely to another part of the university (not the address given). It was then transferred by the university to the correct destination but sadly got slightly damaged somewhere along the line. I am grateful to Suregreen for acting promptly after I contacted them.”

“Goods processed and despatched in a timely manner, would have been 5 stars if their courier had delivered on the date notified by them. That said when delivered the delivery man was very helful in offloading the timber and carrying to the back of the house.”

“I ordered this to make a barrier while camping. Arrived early which was good. Bit disappointed the posts were very rusty on arrival, made storage and use a bit messy.”

“Delivery was quick and for the distance involved I would say was a fair price. The bamboo screening was well packaged, and quite a good quality, I think the gaps were larger than I would have liked but it looked OK when up.”
