“Ordered 180mm piles and they arrived in Wales within three days. I guess I was lucky that the deliveries were being made in my area, but still, I was impressed. My only little complaint is that the I contacted the chat line for advice the guy on the other end sounded as though he couldn't really be bothered.”

“Efficient. I’ve bought 20 green oak sleepers in two batches. There is a lot of split wood and therefore quite a lot of wastage if you’re cutting the sleepers - I’d estimate 15+%. Suggest they add 10% free timber eg 11 for price of 10 CNR NR4”

“Suregreen offer a good range of products at sensible prices. The online ordering was easy. Information about delivery - when it happened - was very good and the condition of the products is very good. However, there was no indication at the time of ordering that it would take 6 weeks to deliver. Online chat sessions, chasing delivery updates, we’re conducted promptly and in a friendly manner but staff were unable to predict a delivery date.”

“Product and service buying my Sleeper was great. I paid £119 for delivery with a note saying I would have to help unload but when it was delivered I had to unloading all myself, luckily I had a friend close by to help. Disappointed paying that much for delivery and it's only to raod side. Great product and buying service just let down with delivery.”

Given two people were required to unload, then being advised the day before that it's with the delivery service on standard 2-5 day delivery, but getting notified while at work the next day that it was being delivered that day could have led to a bad experience. Luckily, the driver was happy to offload for my wife. Ordered some UC4 fence posts, which were fairly varied in colour, but seem otherwise fine despite a couple that were warped, and one with some significant splits, that I've been able to work around. I understand that timber is natural material, but a bit more guidance on the quality control might also be good. Overall happy, but ultimately, I guess we'll see if they live up to the 15 year guarantee.”

“I ordered 26 Gravelboards from Suregreen at the same time as ordering fence panels and posts elsewhere. I have received all of the Gravelboards now, although I was 1 short on the initial delivery. However this was rectified very punctually. You were very friendly when I called to let you know that we were 1 board short. The biggest improvement that you could make is to let your customers know when their order will arrive as I had no idea when your boards would turn up. Both the fence panel and post companies told me when their products would arrive.”
