Easy to order and collect. I bought the grass reinforcement mesh which is good quality and has allowed us to park on our grass front when after rain has made it soft. The only thing to be mindful of if ordering online and collecting it from site is that the order confirmation email says to wait for them to email to say your order is ready to collect. This email never came and when I emailed after a week to ask if there was any idea when it would be ready it already was. Customer services did reply to my email very quickly.

good and fast service, I won't know until at least midsummer if the butterfly netting is doing as it should - I'm hoping it will keep butterflies out and allow in aphid predators on my brassicas, which will be better than the fine mesh net that I've been using for years. Terrible problems with grey aphids! The mesh looks promising.

Staff very helpful on the phone but the systems could do with some work. e.g. inconsisten specifictions of products etc. the lady on the phone said she would speak with marketing to correct this (good luck with that)

Excellent delivery service, best link for your delivery status I've ever encountered. My delivery driver (Ryan) couldn't have been more helpful. Really pleased with the quality of the products I received, will definitely recommend and use again.

Suregreen have supplied oak timber sleepers to me on two occasions. The quality is normally very good and pricing is competitive with free delivery for larger orders. Their customer service is always very helpful and delivery is prompt. Unfortunately, some sleepers on a recent order were defective, so I raised this with Suregreen and sent in photos of the dfective items. Suregreen responded very quickly and fully refunded the cost of those items. I will be happy to use this company again.

Good value products, Although i brought some round post, some of which had knots in 2/3rd the width of the post, so the posts fell apart

Ordering was easy on the website, and the confirmation of the order was fine. The products weren't delivered within the 3-5 business day window that the confirmation said. I had to chase SureGreen, it turns out there was a delay because one item wasn't in stock - it would have been helpful and appreciated if SureGreen could have told me there would be a delay, without me having to chase them. However, when it came to delivery, the communication was excellent, the tracking app very good, and the delivery driver friendly. We're happy with the quality of the products.

Ordering and delivery were great, with a timely and efficient process. I would have awarded a 5 but one of the sleepers was damaged with a very visible chunk out of one of the ends. It should have been spotted and replaced before delivery.

Product all fine. Price Good. Delivery good. Delivery admin not so good. I got a message detailing when delivery would be. I telephoned asking if delivery could be 3 days later and was told "yes" but the e-confirmation did not relect the telephone conversation. 1 chat message and 3 more phone calls later with the same request eventually resulted in the correct e-confirmation being received. I think the commercial problem here is that you have outsourced your e-messaging service and it is letting you down leading to confused customers. Suggest you review the e-messaging service.
