Not pleased with the delivery dx as they communicate a time for delivery but didn't stick too it. Stayed in all day no arrival. Tried to use their system to change delivery dare for my convenience. But they still arrived the day after when no-one was in

Arrived a day later than informed delivery date. Some of the panels are slightly damaged but usable Happy with product

While I rate the product, (weldmesh) the use of Evri was a problem and meant delivery was delayed and I had to deal with Evri lying and delaying. What should have been 2 days turned into 7 days delivery time.

I was disappointed with the helical wires that were provided to hold the sides, top and base of the gabion basket. In use they came undone very easily. Other suppliers that I've used have either secured the panels with a crimped hinge mechanism or provided helicals that are much more tightly formed and don't slip out.

Poor delivery service outside of terms stated and sleepers damaged.

Order place but decking (part of order) out of stock. Phone and was told now in stock. However still not delivered.

Great products, good communication, but let down by delivery. I had two days when I received a delivery time slot, but the order was not delivered and there was nothing to say that the delivery had been cancelled for the day. Finally delivered on the third day, but had the two previous days with time wasted staying in for delivery!

Good materials and delivered timely. However the delivery team didn’t knock on the door or inform anyone where they left the wood. They just left the timber on the shared drive way and we had to find out ourselves they had delivered it.

Should have been delivered on a truck with grabber arm to offload. Too heavy to handball.

Still waiting on my item to be delivered although this is not Suregreen fault suggest if they are charging £8 for delivery to use a different courier as Evri are useless

Staff are friendly and kept me informed, but the product (oak sleepers ) not good quality 80% were bent so badly the only way the could be used was to cut and plain them , which for a garden pond was excessive, very disappointed

Wrong item delivered - customer services have apparently sent out replacement correct item, but without any urgency, so over 1 week later than initially expected atm and still not delivered although we have an initial notification from Evri.

Ordering and delivery was really good, but ringing your customer service number was a nightmare. On hold for over 20mins, chose the call back option, and still waiting for a call, and I rang yesterday!!!.. Not sure I would use you again as if there is a problem I'd have no confidence of being able to speak to someone about it.
