“Product and service from company good. However, they use a cheap and unreliable courier. Took a lot longer to arrive than expected due to the courier delaying things. If you can wait use them. If you need things quickly then maybe go somewhere else (unless they change courier to a better one). Customer service basically just said wait for the courier to deliver it.”

“Order delivered and I wasn’t in stuff was well hidden I did get in touch to ask if I could add on to my order but it was already on it’s way but materials look decent.”

“We placed an order for some sleepers to be delivered. Having used Suregreen before and had good service. Overall good service. Delivery didn’t arrive on the day advised but came first thing the next morning. Would have been helpful to have message to advise late delivery but no real problem. Pleased with the oak sleepers and good value for money. Didn’t realise how much heavier oak would be.”

“Suregreen has a vast selection of products and the one we were interested in was a very competitive price compared to any other supplier I could find. We combined a visit to the picturesque village of Finchingfield and collecting our item in person saving on postage and getting the item when we wanted it. Using the postcode on our Sat nav did not find the site. We had to use their website and directions to find it.”

“Overall good quality 3 of the 20 sleeper's ordered were damaged/split or warped otherwise it would have been 5 stars delivery was very early but driver stacked them neatly on drive so happy with that .”

“Oak sleepers - Ordering and delivery worked well. We chose the 1.2 m lengths to make construction less of a heavy job. The sleepers are the cheapest on the market so I wasn't expecting first gade oak. There are shakes in the timber and some deeper cracks but they suit our purpose. We are happy with a 'rustic' look and they will outlast us. If you are a bit younger perhaps you should consider paying more for high grad oak!”

“Product as described with great help from one of your staff online and phone line (Victoria) many thanks . Slight damage to the outer edge but fortunately that won't be seen in this case. Was the best price at the time of purchase with free delivery on the amount spent Plus a 5% discountwith first purchase,was kept upto date with purchase through to delivery with a 12hr window for final delivery day.👍”

“Product as described, delivery fast but £30 P&P was a bit pricey for what I ordered to travel about 100 miles. Understandably if if had weighed a lot but 30kg isn't much at all. I'd think twice about ordering again with that charge.”

“Product is great quality at a good price. Dispatch was prompt........but what a pity they use the useless delivery company Evri who completely soured the experience for me. Delivery was in two parts and both were late......hugely inconvenient”

“Good products and prices, but not the most helpful when it comes to service. We wanted to add an item onto our order, but they wouldn’t all it, despite 48hrs before delivery. I have since found a company that supplies Suregreen with their concrete gravel boards locally.”
