“I ordered 2 rolls of 10mtre garden mesh for an exactly 20mtre job but found that I only had 18mtres. (One roll was just 8.5mtres, the other 9.5, which looks like pretty poor quality control). But I've given Suregreen 4 stars because they accepted the problem (after I provided some evidence) and sent me a further roll. So my 4 stars is for their customer service. Product is fine too.”

“Good service in general from the company. They need to change their delivery company however. I've never had a positive experience with tuffnels. This time they failed to deliver claiming road closure. I even informed them of the diversion. The next time there was no closure but they still claimed closure. Then no delivery as they had damaged the goods and returned to sure green. Suregreen however were very helpful resending the order immediately.”

“Quick service, great product, efficient delivery however on delivery I asked the pallet line delivery driver for the hex head socket he said it was in the box of screws but on opening the box after he had left it couldn't be found. I did e mail you but not heard back yet.”

“Unfortunately the first solar powered energizer I bought from Suregreen stopped working after only a week. I emailed Suregreen to tell them this and they sent me a replacement within a week. Just hoping this one works for longer but impressed by their customer service and prompt response.”

“Delivery services at a price like that, needs to be massively improved. Too expensive for such a bad service, driver even said “this is the perfect job as he only needs to drive around while the customers do the handling themselves “ .”
