I ordered the wire panels and paid £28 delivery for a 3 - 5 day delivery service. It hadn't arrived after 5 days. I contacted the company who were apologetic and reprocessed the order as a 'priority order'. 4 days later still no delivery. £28 delivery that doesn't happen. I have now asked for a refund as they obviously do not have a delivery partner that can actually deliver anything. The customer service is responsive and nice but that all feels a bit pointless if you never receive your order when you need the items in a reasonable time. As you would expect I will not be ordering anything from them again as when I do order items from shops I do actually want to receive them.

Ordered on the 19th December 2025. 3 day delivery. I watched DX Delivery drive past my carmera's and did not even stop. The fencing was ordered for a School to be fitted on the 5th January 2026. After what I have just witnessed I have no faith in DX Delivery whatso ever. Still waiting 11 days after I ordered.

Not received anything yet. Courier used does not want to deliver as my items keep getting put into stores and not on to the van.

The customer service was beyond bad ordered 8 only 6 came phoned four times tried to resolve issue spoke to four different people explained the situation got fobbed off, asked to speak to the manager told she was busy, the lady on phone said she would ask her to ring back no response. This as been going on for over a week wish i had never used them. only thing i want now is my money back for the two i never received.

Well I am still waiting for the delivery of this oak post, several days after the due date. DX say they have delivered it, but it is not anywhere here or with my neighbours, and DX have no proof of delivery or signature. Origin Suregreen's very nice customer team seem to be struggling to get any honest answers out of DX. Meanwhile my ground work team have nothing to do....

Very good place to shop on the internet but very bad communication on when you give detailed instruction about available days for delivery. 3 times I have put a note for the order to be delivered on Mondays , Wednesday or Friday for easy access to the driveway. All deliveries were done except Monday , Wednesday and Friday which days I reqested.

Wire turned up wrong. When I refused delivery and called them I was told I ordered it wrong. We are yet to receive our refund. Very disappointed

The product itself was satisfactory, but the delivery experience was extremely disappointing. The driver asked my 73-year-old mother to help carry heavy items, which was completely inappropriate. During the process, he dropped the mesh, which startled her and caused a scratch on her hand. She was shaken and had to rest in bed for two days to recover. This level of service is unacceptable and needs serious attention.

Ordered, didn't arrive to be told several times it was in transit, then all of a sudden, without their knowledge,it had been returned. If I hadn't of chased this purchase I truly think I would of lost my money

Delivery messed up by the courier (50% of the order wasn't delivered) but no indication of when the product would be replaced or refunded. Just apologies but no tangible action. Be careful when dealing with this company. I do not feel they are very professional nor do they seem to care about their customers
