“The courier company they use for delivery DX is dreadful. One part of our first order was held up over a weekend in their delivery depot for no valid reason. We had to purchase some more wood to complete our project which should have been delivered tomorrow. Tried calling DX as the order was in their depot to confirm delivery ....45 mins on the phone in total and we were still in the queue. I tried the on-line assistance but no-one available. Finally called you and now am told that the goods are damaged and wont be delivered tomorrow after. Annoyi”

“I loved the items when they finally turned up... it took 3weeks almost 4 to get my order due to it getting lost. I called numerous times to get it resolved and they said they had to investigate, when I contacted the delivery company they said they never picked up the order. It took 2weeks to resolve this and get the rest of my items. The stuff I received is amazing, shame about the service, I would not recommend or order again(due to the hassle involved in getting my order).”

“Items not clearly defined. It took me some while to figure out that I was getting the 100mm fence cap that I wanted and not the 50mm or 70mm ones. Poor layout of purchase procedure. It took so long to cross all the hurdles the first time I tried that Paypal logged me out for security reasons.”

“I’ve been waiting for my order since 25th February without anything being delivered. Phoned to find out that the first order had gone missing. 2nd order was out of stock not being told or geared anything since. Absolutely shocking business won’t use again”

“I ordered some tree guards half of which were flattened/squashed on arrival. All the guards were damp under the wrapping. The p&p charge is very high which in the circumstances in disgraceful. Rip off. I've written twice to the company but have received nothing in return.”

“Finally, It’s taken me more than 15 attempts over two days to get through the payment system - very poor service. Equally, your phone service is poor. I was given a message to say that I would be put through in “2 minutes” over 10 minutes later the phone tried connecting several times (went from a message to ringing) but I then got a message to say I was caller number 3 - we value your patience!!!”

“the delivery charge is mind blowingly high, i ordered 5 sleepers costing a total of £90 which seems very reasonable but then the delivery charge was £49.50 that is an absolute disgrace before a lockdown and pandemic but considering how much self employed people are struggling, for you to charge over half the cost of the product is appalling. when i questioned it i was told its because of the weight, utter rubbish, itll be a 7.5 ton truck that delivers it and 2.4m x 20cm stacked takes up hardly any space. i have delete my account, will never use them again and urge anyone that reads this to do the same”
