“Shoddy after sales service, small print on delivery items almost defeats the purpose of the the business proposition. I would not recommend this firm.”

“Terrible sleepers, varied in sizes, majority are curved, rotten has made it so difficult to build my wall-fine for small projects but if your a company doing a job for someone then avoid this company”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID Couldn't be more disappointed with this. Complete scam of £1000. Upon receipt of the pallet of sleepers I noticed a bit of a difference in width/ thickness of some of them and then when I started to measure the sizes I found NONE of the sleepers on the pallet to be of the same width/ thickness. Some sleepers varied up to 20mm from other ones in the same pallet which is quite significant when the the thickness is only 100mm. I haven't actually received a product here, it is just a pallet full of wood all cut at random sizes with a price tag of £1000. When I have contacted support they have been completely useless due to the 'policies' of the company which don't seem to take into account that people who receive these dodgy sleepers are usually using them for work and now have to face huge delays as they cannot use the materials. I don't understand what these sleepers could actually be used for as you can't stack them on top of each other to make a raised bed or really do anything which requires them to be a uniform size (which is most things). They are now refusing to take them back or provide compensation and I am stuck with a pallet of useless sleepers.”

“Pot never turned up , chased it several times to be told probably lost in transit. I have never had a problem with Hermes and they said they had never recurved the parcel !! I did get a refund but very disappointed”

“I have just placed an order. When I selected place order the delivery fee was £0.00 however when I received the confirmation email and invoice it stated a £264.00 shipping and handling fee. Surely this should have been shown before I placed the order.”

“Shouldn't be allowed to continue trading. Didn't dispatch my order when said they would. Don't answer the phone when you call. Don't respond to emails. Don't refund your money when cancellation requested. Had to put a claim in via PayPal, Suregreen didn't respond to PayPal contact either so PayPal refunded me in full under their insurance. No contact from Suregreen through the whole matter until now asking for a review, so they got one!”

“Absolutely useless, order some pieces for a big job, received only half of it with zero contact from suregreen. After emailing and calling we’ve still not received the full order, an explanation or our money back! Not worth the hassle!”

“It took 2 weeks to negotiate with the delivery company to discuss off loading the gravel. Most of the sleeper were split and 2 completely in half which I’ve screwed back together (these were int he middle of the pile obviously. I’ve written emails to you with no reply.”

“Purchased 3 x 1.2m railway sleepers, listed as being 100mm wide x 200mm deep. When measured upon delivery, all three sleepers were in fact much closer to 90mm wide. Upon raising with customer service, I was advised only that sizes can vary by up to 10mm and therefore nothing could be done. Whilst I can accept some variation in the size of the sleepers, none of those I purchased were 100mm wide at any point along their length.”
