“I don't understand why you are asking me to provide a review when my order has not arrived yet? If you need people to review your performance, please delay asking for a review until after an order has been delivered.”

“Your site is slow - and despite several attempts to order the bigger size I couldn't so I have ordered this size instead. You should mark if a product isn't available as each time I selected it - it simply opted for this one. This is fine - but would have preferred a bigger size.”

“I ordered a product waited and waited for it and eventually contacted the company to ask where it was. I was informed that it had been left outside my house a number of days earlier in a discreet location. After a few more days of me telling the company it was not at or even near my house I found the product nowhere near my house discarded on a back lane and had to carry it back to my house. I paid almost £10 delivery.”

“I must say the staff at reception was extraordinary but when i received the railway sleepers i had to ask them to change them because they were all missing of wood at the bottom and edges. I then put them in my car and when i got home i noticed that 4 out of 5 they were not usable for my purpose.”

“Don't ask for an opinion if you are going to include in your work,wood that has had the bark blatantly painted over to the point that it is round on one end. Your description is 100 x200 and it is less by 5mms in both dimensions . If it is hard to produce the sleepers at the price, then ask for a little bit more. If it is hard to get the wood at that size then describe it accurately. The delivery was excellent, though weekends for domestic would be a better option.”

“If I could leave a zero I would. The order arrived within plenty of time but several of the posts I ordered were so deeply cracked that they look like they won't last very long. I sent photos but was told that these were natural cracks even though many went almost all the way down and through the posts. I sent more photos to try and show these more clearly but again was told these were natural cracks and no replacement was offered. Instead just a patronising response saying that these cracks are a natural occurrence and I shouldn't drive them into the ground but use cement. This won't stop the weather getting into the cracks that are exposed to the elements so I will no doubt have to replace them soon therefore they are not fit for purpose. I'm sure some cracks are natural, but ones that reach most of the way through a post seem unlikely. I am not at all happy and won't buy from here again. Very poor show indeed!”

“Still waiting for my order which I placed on 13th August online. The website did not specify the item was out of stock. I have contacted the company twice by phone and live chat but to no avail. The order is still outstanding and yet to be delivered. The company do not keep you up to date with a courtesy telephone call or email to let you know when the items will be delivered.Poor service received to date.”

“The first delivery went well, the second was awful! After the 44 oak sleepers were purchased the delivery driver sent an email to say he was on his way!! I hadn’t any notifications to say my order was ready and any date on shipment!! The email on purchase said I needed two or more people at the property so I called and nobody seemed to have any idea! I managed to get two members of my garden staff at the house for the delivery which turned up with a crane and nobody was actually needed! I had had several conversations with staff and not one of them told me this!! Cost me serval hours of labour for nothing, the delivery driver was lost which cost me more time! The oak sleepers were packed together and when we reached the middle sleepers which were clearly hidden due to the state of them. We have had to cut them up for logs!! Not even sure there is much to burn! So not a great service and wouldn’t purchase from Suregreen again”

“Dear All Be advised to look elsewhere, as my order was made on 20th Sept, and they guaranteed 72 hours delivery. The order was delivered on 30th Sept and was not my order. After several phone calls for a refund and date and time of collection of the wrong order to return to Suregreen, I have heard nothing. All Im saying is there are much more cheaper and reliable people out there”
