2nd order i have placed with this company one via Amazon . Delivery was delayed agsin and again . I had to cancel. Then decided to give them another go. Ordered and paid for express 3day delivery 12.00. 6 days later still no delivery! Called they said we will credit you 4.00. Great!! Doesnt help with the people i had in place to do the work yesterday.

I have ordered 4 Nos mesh and received 2 Nos after a week. No one called whereabout of other items. Eventually called and have been told that the other item will be delivered separately but when, no one know. Got a labour booked for weekend and therefore could not complete the job. Still awaiting for material!!!! Very poor communication. Will try to avoid next time.

Quality of concrete posts poor, half as struck / half smooth and finished as expected. Delivery service poor, failed to deliver materials as planned.

I'm still waiting after 10 days for my delivery. They chose EVRI as the carrier. Very poor decision

Having ordered the product to be delivered in good time before going on holiday, two days into my holiday the product hasn't been delivered. I complained and received the postage back. I then received an email thanking me for my purchase and asking for a review. There is no way I would recommend this company. I still don't know when or if. I will ever get this product. Phil Evans

It has been over 8 days and am still waiting on a delivery that was supposed to take 2 days. I contacted Suregreen and they said it was between ne and the courier. Comoany they use. So much for service. Do not purchase anything from them.

Absolutely dreadful. Urgency dictated that I pay for the express delivery. But two emails and repeated phone calls and the goods arrived thirteen days after I placed the order. A refund for the extra I paid for the so-called fast delivery might have been nice. But no. I repeat, absolutely dreadful.

Signed up, opened an account and ordered materials with great delivery date. Good deal and plenty of info on delivery so up until this point 5 stars. Delivery arrived but driver didn’t call or ring on clients doorbell and proceeded to drop the delivery in the wrong location. Call office to try and get materials shifted and got fobbed off by somebody in sales. As a small builder this was my first order but after this experience I will close the account and go elsewhere. What a shame Simon the driver let the whole organisation down at the critical moment. Customer service training due?? Bye!!

It took 2.5 weeks for my order to be finally delivered. This is after Evri appeared to lose the first shipment. The second arrived in two batches about a week apart. I will not order from Suregreen again because they told me that they have no control over when the packages are delivered. Get a courier perhaps

Not seen or heard of this delivery after 9 days, (this includes a weekend) and despite many emails and phone calls trying to find out when it might arrive, I am still none the wiser - there is a bank holiday this following weekend so thats another three days I won't see it then!! Their service is getting worse orders come out with materials missing my posts were covered in blue paint from a painted pallet go to east coast fencing same prices better materials.

after ordering and paying for 6 pvc coated panels and only receiving 4 was promised the extra 2 would be delivered next day then the next then the next , blaming the delivery company had at first no room on the van then that they had lost them then that they had found them but was damaged , sent out 2 more but wasn’t on the van when it arrived to me , again after numerous phone calls and emails finally arrived exactly one month later , this would have been a joke I f I not had had a half finished project and a very frustrated workman waiting to finish it , I was also promised an extra panel as way of goodwill but this never materialised

Parcel ordered has not been delivered. Suregreen promised to send another- no sign of that. Note that this company uses EVRI.

Our package was dumped outside our house by the courier without even a knock on the door. The items weren't what we wanted so arranged for a return but had to pay £8 for the privilege. Explained this to customer services but they didn't want to know about it. Had we been notified of the delivery, we would have given it straight back to the courier. Instead, we're now having to pay £8 to return for something we never wanted in the first place. If we'd known how poorly this transaction would have gone, I would never have gone with Suregreen in the first place. Very poor and not impressed at all.

Delivery was absolutely shocking. The company they used to deliver did not have the item on two occasions they were ment to be with me. It put me 3 days back on my job and cost me more in time than the money I had saved ordering through them. Allow extra delivery time!!!
