“The product arrived damaged , so was dissapointed. But needed it for a job so made it work the best I could. Reported and sent pics and Suregreen were very apologetic and offered me some refund , which I was happy with. So thank you Suregreen and would use again.”

“This is the second order from this company. Quality of goods is great and cost is cheaper than other places for the play bark. First delivery was not great due to a vehicle breakdown and being at the weekend communication wasn’t great but the second time it was spot on, delivery was quick and both times the delivery drivers have been very courteous. Thank you Suregreen.”

“All arived after a slight hiccup not down to any ones fault lorry broke down on day of original delivery these things happen but due to swift response from the team at suregreen it was soon sorted bank holiday weekend didn't help but delivery was good driver was helpful so everyone happy me and client so result.”

“Product (2 x '8x4' metal mesh panels SKU 430974) as described and exactly what I needed. Both though, had slight damage on one corner and on one the soldered connection had come apart. But not a problem in context of required outdoor use. Maybe corner 'protection' worth thinking about for delivering these type of products? Also 'delivery window' - 08.00-18.00 far too long to expect customers to hang about waiting. I had to speak to one of your very helpful staff to confirm if items could be left if I was out. Confirmed as ok, just leave a note for deliverers. I had already written, in your 'instruction box', that my property was on a private Estate and the site for leaving items was safe. Luckily I did just happen to be in when items arrived. So, perhaps your preferred deliverers could ring customers maybe an hour in advance before delivery? This is normal practice with other suppliers that I have used. Especially so in this case when the delivery charge was nearly 50% of total cost! Thanks and hope this is helpful, W Taylor”

“My order was for 6 large sleepers. They arrived quickly and for the most part in good condition. One was a slightly less satisfactory than the rest. Delivery was on time and easily tracked. The delivery man was extremely helpful and good humoured. Over all a very good service.”

“Product good but delivery charges was expensive”

“The fence panels are thick and heavy duty. The only problem is that there are dozens of knot holes within the space of a square metre. Also some of the overlaps are not inline leaving a small gap. As for the logistics team, they are a complete nightmare. Slow to respond and don't call to confirm the 2hr slot. They also try to get you to off the panels yourself but when I asked them if they had a risk assessment for to off load them myself or had insurance in place incase I injured myself on their van or damaged their van they soon offered to off load it. The truth is the delivery driver is sound as pound, very helpful the truck arrived with a tail gate and the driver off loaded them with a pallet truck. Going forward they need to quality check the fence panels and offer transparent advise as to how the panels will be off loaded instead of winding people up”

“Products were mostly good, the 75mm fence posts were warped but useable when cut down to size. Some parts were missing, customer services was very fast and the missing parts were shipped to me the next day.”
