“Hard wood sleepers were all shapes the description stated they may not be true with some want edges but they are bent in all directions, no use for what they were intended for”

“You get what you pay for. We purchased these to add a little privacy to our back garden, and although we got some of that, because the fencing material is not as tightly packed as one would imagine, there are still plenty of small gaps. Some of the sections also arrived with a layer of mould, where I assume they'd been stored somewhere damp, but after allowing them to dry out the slick layer disappeared, leaving just a slight discolouration. They will do as a temporary measure, but I imagine they won't last more than 2 winters.”

“Delivery and service great, but the sleepers we recieved are quite curvy which has made building a retaining wall with them a bit difficult, it’s a rustic look rather than a clean straight finish.”

“The shipping charge represents a high % to be added to the total cost of the product, which is v disappointing and would make me think twice about placing further orders with Suregreen.”

“Pretty rubbish checkout page. Delivery price says it is reliant on a valid post code, but actually it also needs a county, but does not mention that.”

“The corner post was cracked in three places and I was advised by the builder that we were unable to use it. I placed an order for just over £200 but it cost more for the delivery than the actual goods. Sorry but I have to be honest. The posts and gravel boards were fine”
