“Delivery was quick and on time, although the state of some sleepers were almost unusable. Some were cracked all the way through, some cracked in the middle. The sleepers dimensions all range between (95-105)x(190-210)x(2400) the cuts on the end were not straight making things very difficult for the project in mind.”

“Your staff are always most helpful, and product looks good. But a lack of concrete post supplies, and no updates until I (continually) phoned you, caused frustration. Unfortunately at the end of the day you wrote only able to supply part of the order, the rest I had to source elsewhere. Again though your delivery guys and customer support folks are great.”

“Suregreen Ltd sent the product purchased by me to DHL for delivery very promptly. Unfortunately, that effort has been somewhat undermined by DHL’s performance (or rather, lack thereof). They received the item at the latest on Tuesday 30th May, but it has yet to be delivered.”

“How can I write a review when they cancelled my order but still are selling on eBay. Very disappointed with out come as can’t find anything like this elsewhere. Did receive fast refund tho. 5* for that”

“Not inpress with the carrier DHL, took all of 7 working days to arrive . Even then they couldn't give a time slot just turned up at 6pm. Would look at other companies first before buying from suregreen again because of this.”

“Product was not too bad except a foot short on each roll which lost me over a metre of screening, I am now a metre short and didn’t want to purchase another roll. Delivery was pretty quick though.”

Due to the nature of the product, the bamboo screening is able to be stretched slightly by gently laying it on the floor and shaking it up and down from one end whilst someone is holding it tight at the other end. “Ordered a tree stake with belt and came with 5 splits in it and only part of the belt. Contacted customer service and got quick response with promise to send another stake. This one was delivered to next door neighbours despite me being at home and them being out (appreciate that's delivery company and not Suregreen). Unfortunately replacement stake also has large splits in it but can't wait for another stake as tree guys here today to plant tree so will have to use the stake they will provide and charge for. My hope would be the products would be checked before dispatch and in particular the second one if it is a replacement for a faulty order.”

“I was delivered sleepers instead of gate posts ,on phoning about the mistake I was informed it was on the system for the sleepers to be picked up and the gate posts delivered. The receptionist was very apologetic but couldn’t say when this would happen, I am still waiting.”

“Sleepers which we ordered not in good condition a lot of splits and sap .2 of them were not cut straight so when stacked on top of another did not lie up also had 6 light colour ones and the rest were really dark bit disappointed .Delivery was late due to a puncture should have been there early morning arrived late afternoon .understand it was not drivers fault .But held us back with the work .”
