“Sorry but it has not arrived here yet Colin”

“I did have to wait 7 weeks for my fence panelling after being told it was to be only a week. In the final week I was told it had been delivered at depot and would be with me that Monday. Waited in all day. Nada. On the Tuesday was told that they had no stock of that item. But then they offered a different colour and delivery that week. So situation resolved. Guess they are doing the best they can in a restricted supply scenario”

“spoke to a lady earlier who was very helpful , worked out order called and was greeted by a gent who was keen to get home and I was an inconvenience . shame otherwise 5 stars so far but collection is tomorrow , so maybe back to 5 !!”

“Website wouldn’t accept my post code info initially and I couldn’t easily find out the delivery cost. The chat line wasn’t able to tell me the delivery cost either. Eventually the website decided to cooperate.”
