Ordering and the customer service has been very good, but the delivery has been poor. I ordered 4 railway sleepers, 2 delivered ,then 1 delivered and I’m still waiting for one that has gone missing.The ones that were delivered without any knock on the door or a message.

Good product, but postage costs were incredibly high for just two items at £16.00!!

The package arrived with a huge amount of unnecessary packaging that was very difficult to remove and afforded no protection as the wire mesh arrived battered and bent with the plastic coating scuffed off in a lot of places. There was cling film over both ends, then Nylon wraps to hold it together, then a polythene tube bag secured with nylon cable ties and under that another layer of cling film and then wire ties on every segment, removing them damaged the plastic coating even more. Considering how little protection that amount of packaging gave just the nylon wraps would have been sufficient and saved about 20 minutes unwrapping each roll.

Disappointed that I received no email to say my order was ready. I rang up after a few days and was told it was ready but when I got there the order hadn't been picked. Definitely seems to be good quality timber though.

The products are excellent, cannot fault. But when you pay for the 1-3 day delivery, and arrives 5 days later, not good, especially as tried to use all the tricks in the book as in must be the carrier. This is not true, tickets had been printed, but no goods sent for 2 days, this was found out after phoning each day and getting different response. Lastly was told one pallet had not been picked up on 3rd day, so had part refund on postage. They need to sort and not try and save money on postage, as then would not upset customers

I had trouble putting together as the screw rods would not stay in place every time I would pick them up they would fall out I had to tie them in with cotton also need more metal braces to keep the integrity of the cage.

Service was very good, unfortunately the delivery driver was poor driving over our front garden to deliver the parcel....

Bit disappointed by Sleepers ordered I ordered 4 x 2.4 and 4 x 1.2 both described as stock items, the 1.2s look like they have just cut a 2.4 in half, this is fine but I would have liked and expected them to be cut square!

It was hard work. Placed an order on Saturday morning and got a notification on Monday that it was 'out for delivery' without any prior communication to inform me. Needless to say, I was at work. Then rang and agreed delivery with Katie for Wednesday the next week only for Wednesday to arrive and no delivery despatch link. I had taken the day off! Now they say they'd moved the delivery to Thursday. Again, no prior communication. Then Katie again arranged delivery for Friday, only for me to get a call to say the delivery truck was faulty and they wouldn't be able to deliver. I was just going to cancel but Paul arranged an external courier. It was not a great experience. You would have had 1 star if not for the great customer service from your team.

I suggest your problem for me was your delivery company, after being several days late, I was informed they had possibly lost the material, I have experience the same problem with the company bu other suppliers. I had to reorder later than I should have done with Amazon.

Product Prices is ok. Just disappointed with delivery, have to pay extra £120 for delivery because of my street, my area is always busy and they can’t do delivery by crane because can’t park close to my house and offload the items. So was option to pay extra and deliver by van. Costumer service is good. Also some items was damaged.

Happy with most of the sleepers but the last load turned up with quite a few split and unusable. That means we have spent £100 on dud sleepers we can’t use. Would like this reimbursed or credit for the next load.

Unfotunatley 2 of the 4 fence beams were unacceptable as fence beams. One of beams was totatly unaceptable as it had three areaa of splits. I strnly believe that you should refund the cost of this item. John Dring 07905 993413 s e e b ean m

I still haven't received my parcel. The initial delivery date by Evri was set for the 24th and it's kept being pushed back with the usual "Sorry, we couldn't deliver your Suregreen parcel today ", now the tracking information is saying there is an issue and they don't have a delivery date anymore. I can't open a case with them because everytime I enter the delivery post code, it's saying the information is incorrect. Please stop using Evri...
