“Tried to log in with my account but could not get it to work with my saved password so had to create another one with a different email address.... Please try your system yourselves and change it to make it easier for your returning customers.”

“Whilst the products are top class our second order was not processed correctly either by yourselves or the carriers which rersulted in having a long wait and then chasing for a delivery...it's a shame the order - despatch to delivery system failed”

“I was dissatisfied at receiving damaged goods, due to poor packaging, despite being charged almost £50 for p&p. I was offered replacement fence posts, which I declined, as I had already made the best of a bad job and used them. However, replacements were still sent and then returned. I felt a refund of the p&p would have been more appropriate as this was very poor. I have not heard from suregreen again since returning the unwanted posts.”

“Hello - the first order took forever to be delivered as it was delivered in 2 separate shipments. I placed a second repeat order - the deliver this time was better - but what was odd was the 2 different size rolls were different shades of green - I couldn't but a 1.5 meter high fencing, so had to buy a 1 meter and a half meter high fencing - not idea, it looks messy, but it has done the job -”

“The products are great- very good quality and what I was looking for - also a fair price BUT sadly, having only ordered twice from SureGreen, the first time the order was late and a piece was missing, the second time the order was also late. This would have been okay if the communication was better but I had to chase four times by phone and had two emails ignored. I didn't even get an apology. I took the time to feed back privately in an email rather than publicly in the hope that things would improve but I didn't even get an acknowledgement to that email. A week or so later I had an automated email prompting me to write a review... so having had no response from Suregreen I am doing so. What a shame the company couldn't have taken the time to email me at all.”

“Railway sleepers were a bit more damaged than I would like - never mind, I can accommodate. Delivery was chaotic. In the end the delivery was one day earlier than had been agreed on the telephone. Fortunately, I was available and so was someone to help unload.”

“Hi - I rarely give negative reviews, but I had been meaning to contact you about the issues I had. To be clear, ordering and paying for my items was easy and the railway sleepers were excellent value. It was the physical delivery that I had an issue with. I realise that it was suggested two people be here for arrival, but what I did not realise was that EACH of the 24 2.4metre long sleepers had to be offloaded from the lorry. It was not unreasonable (in my view) for these to have been offloaded on a crate and placed as a “job lot” on my drive. The driver wasn’t even able to get them on to the hydraulic lift to get to ground level and was unable to help (which I understand). I am afraid this was completely unacceptable, but I had no choice at the time....and my shoulders still ache many weeks later having to unloaded 24 sleepers..!! A different method of delivery for items like this needs to be considered urgently. Thanks Jeremy”
