I wasn’t happy with the last order that I had delivered to my house. The Quality of wood was dreadful and I payed a lot off money for it. Yes they had probably the best deal at the time, but I’ve had better from them previously.

I’ve always had good quality mesh sheets from this company but the last lot I bought the welds were very poor which I had too fix myself as I needed to use the mesh right away so was very disappointed I will use this company again hopefully the last order was a one off

Bought two fence poles. One was so bent I couldn't use it. Emailed Suregreen to initiate a return and never got a reply back. Ended up having to buy another locally. Very disappointed overall.

The delivery was not scheduled. I got an email to say when the delivery was due after I received the railway sleepers. The delivery (5 sleepers) was put on my doorstep, The bell was rung and then the driver ran into his van and drove off. I just saw the van speed off. Is this what your hands off delivery looks like? Poor. Or maybe the driver was scared in case we werent in and didnt want to re-deliver. Last order from you.

First and last custom - Ordered 6 large green sleepers and received 5 green and 1 brown old and unusable as badly cracked. Hardly a mistake. Just binned and repurchased elsewhere. Money and time waste.

Hi Sure Green! I’m usually sceptical when it comes to reviews, but l do try to support family run businesses. I have also received two requests for feedback & so l decided to reply. Your e mails thank me for making a purchase, however, all was not well! My order for 3 wire mesh panels arrived, but was a lighter gauge than l requested. A replacement set was duly sent, but unfortunately it was the same gauge as the first set! After some fairly frustrating conversations, l was informed my order could not be met & my suggested alternative was also not available. The outcome was both sets were collected & a full refund was made. The main person l dealt with a lady named “Jo” who was polite, friendly & helpful, so no problem there. There were also some admin. probs with the delivery/collection teams, For your info:- I sourced a company, who cut mesh to exact size, had the heavier gauges in stock & supplied the panels wrapped in strong cling film. The down side?, they were more expensive!

Order came late and incomplete. Remaining portion of the order came 4 days late, causing project delay and extra costs.

Quite disappointed with the communication before delivery as l received an email approximately at 11.20 am informing me that my order would be delivered the same day, as l was already out on business it was impossible for me to get home for at least another 3 hours. On arriving home l found my order lent against my fence just inside my drive gates which were open. Why wasn’t the email sent the day before delivery ? and if my order had been stolen it would have caused all sorts of problems, and as l never signed for the delivery the blame would not have been left with me, a shame really because they era nice panels.

Tree shelters different sizes, some very narrow and not suitable for trees with side branches. Some damage during transit. Delivery (about two months) very poor. Customer very dissappointed.

Delivery as scheduled and confirmed for yesterday. 2 Landscaping workers on site today without sleepers being delivered. I have to pay them for no work done due to delivery problems.

Good Morning Franzwa, We do try and make it as clear as possible before ordering that orders can take 5-7 working days for delivery and that the pallet company we use will call you to book a date that is convinient for yourself as they require 2 people to offload the goods. In this instance your order was placed with us on the 2nd of August and was dispatched the same day, as discussed with you on the 4th of August we advised that the email you had received from us was not to advise delivery was being made, this was a dispatch email to let you know the goods had left our warehouse and was on the way to your local depot. We recently purchased some 2.4 metre sleepers and the quality was awful, they were bent, bowed, mouldy, rotten. So I have made the best of a bad situation. I wouldn’t recommend a building company use these guys, but it might be ok for small garden products. I’ve since received a 15% refund for the products, which I’m grateful and thankful for but won’t be using or recommending this company in the future Regards Stuart

My beams arrived very dirty, the driver was unprofessional in his manner, many of the beams are cracked and warped, the price was OK but the quality of wood was not great, maybe kiln dry or season these pieces of timber before charging me half a thousand pounds. Hope this helps with future.
