“The courier who delivered the pallet crashed his van into our house and damaged the roof and guttering. The company was called courier connections and the driver Alex wouldn't take responsibility. After much dispute we had to pay for the work which was over £500 and for this reason I'm reluctant to buy from you again.”

“Couldn't do the order on line easily as site needed delivery details first. When it said info in required field it didn't specify what was needed and couldn't be filled in. Had to ring you to discover that I needed to view basket and delivery before placing order. This was not clear from site. Also chat bot didn't work!”

“It was very unclear when at the postcode stage, after repeated attempts to send I tried the postcode in lower case and bingo it sent the order. You need to address this.”

“Product good, delivery rubbish, delivery arranged, didn’t turn up, I called and was told they were busy 😖 I had arranged help to unload, they we unavailable the following day, the driver just watched me struggle to lift them on my own. Absolutely rubbish delivery”

“Purchased railway sleepers from them, with standard delivery 2-5 days delivery, it took Suregreen three working days to dispatch the consignment, with a view it would land at the local distribution depot on day five, at which point the haulier would call to arrange delivery in the next week. After a slightly protracted conversation reminding Suregreen that I have paid for 2-5 day delivery from order and they would not meet this, they upgraded the deliver to express, which means the delivery was made a day late ... Several sleepers stained red and blue as they loaded them on painted pallets which transferred the colour to the natural sleepers ... shame they did not think of that, more work to sand and clean the stain of the sleepers.”
