“Order promised "next day" with no delivery tracking mechanism in place then arrived 4 days later badly packaged and half the order missing. I made multiple phone calls which involved long waiting times for each call and spoke to various representatives who said that the order had been lost in transit by the courier. One even admitted that the label "may have fallen off". On every call I was told that they would chase the courier and get back to me but most of them didn't! It took well over a week before SureGreen admitted defeat and sent a replacement order and even then the product was damaged due to being badly packaged. Normally I would have complained about this but having already had such a bad experience and wasted so much time contacting SureGreen "customer services" I decided not to waste any more of my time and cut my loses.”

“The price if the items is good, delivery a bit pricey. The website is terrible though. Trying to actually pay for my purchase took 4 attempts, in the end paypal was the only option that actually worked.”

“Take ages to answer the phone, then the girl who does is not sufficiently knowledgeable or confident to answer simple questions about stock availability or more importantly deliver times for previously ordered items. Very frustrating.”

“Mobile user site rubbish. Jumps around lots and my basket kept telling me it was empty so I added my items too many times and had to remove it all. Got what I wanted though :-)”

“Not satisfied with the quality of the product and the delivery and i could not return the goods as the return delivery charges are also very very expensive, Even when i said i want to buy a different product of the same quantity, they did not offer me any delivery charges relief. Its a shame. Wont be returning to this site again.”

“Bought a number of rounded posts, very good quality, arrived on time - unfortunately the delivery cost was 30% of the overall cost. Decided to buy a larger quantity of other fencing timber, as I thought delivery would be better value. Unfortunately a £400 order which I was going to place had a delivery charge of £200; after querying this I was told it was correct. To be fair the company service was very good with prompt replies, quality was also very good, but I would never buy from them again because delivery is crippling for a DIY project.”

“I had huge problems with the courier getting my delivery. This was not directly the fault of Suregreen and they did chase for me. I was however disappointed with the weld quality and had to trim down the wire panel to remove areas where the weld had not survived delivery”
