“I chose to do click and collect and thought I'd get a quick torn around. After waiting a few days I emailed to mention this and was informed one item hadn't been in stock but I could now collect my order. On arriving at site the staff were helpful and the lad who loaded order into my car was very cheerful (on a very hot day). I would've given 5 stars if I'd been told an item was temporarily out of stock rather than me having to query why I'd heard nothing.”

“24 oak sleepers, and 6 100x100 posts ordered, delivered on time, and friendly driver.only issue I had was 2 of the ends had a step , and needed to be trimmed square before fitting .”

“THe order was dealt with promptly. Unfortunately i had to be away from home on the day for delibvery (Sunday 11 May) and my message to customer services did not reach the driver who had taken them to the wrong address at School Green Shinfield. The order was delivered sucessfully shortly after I conracted customer services.”

“Good products at a competetive price. If colecting, it is very difficult to ascertain when your order is ready, telephone line is not answered. Probably focused on commercial rether than domestic sales.”

“Excellent delivery service, the wood was still a little damp on arrival and if left loose would warp (featheredge & rails etc) I am hoping that both keeping them weighted down flat and treating the wood with a creosote substitute prior to building the fence will prevent the slats from warping any further once the fence is built. Only time will tell.”

“Ordered two new hardwood (oak) railway sleepers for delivery - sleepers were a fair price but delivery cost a bit steep, as is often the case with such items. Delivery driver was super helpful, really above and beyond. Unfortunately, the sleepers seem to have come from an oak-banana tree hybrid… shame.”
