“My order arrived on time and delivered by a friendly driver. Products are good quality,as expected but I am disappointed with the delivery charges. I live about 7 miles from Suregreens site,but as my postcode is CB and not CM, my minimum order value needed to be £150 for free delivery whereas delivery to Harlow say ( about 30 + miles away) minimum order only needs to be £99.”

“Quick response and delivery. Was disappointed that the ends of some of the sleepers were cut at an angle so will be cutting then myself before using them”

“Excellent prices and service. On delivery, I reported a damaged (but still useable) sleeper and was offered a generous discount by a very helpful staff member. Very happy with the outcome.”

“Ordered four packs of bamboo sticks of different sizes.Quality appears to be good. The price was very good even allowing for the delivery cost which was quite high due to my location relative to their premises. The goods were well packaged.I had a problem with delivery as I had ordered two packs of ten of one size but only one came initially.After a couple of telephone calls Jess resolved the problem by ordering another pack which I received within a couple of days.”
