Good prices and on-time delivery. However, the order should have been delivered the week before but someone forgot to tell me that the items I ordered where out of stock and it took a phone call to jog memories that my delivery was 'missing'

When the goods finally arrived they were as described and of a decent enough quality. My 3 star rating was more for the lack of communication around delivery dates as my order included something which was on pre-order. After the initial email asking about delivery I was not kept informed and had to chase - not a big deal but would have pushed me towards a higher rating.

Dear Suregreen, Thank you for reaching out for feedback on my purchase of the Brown Treated Railway Sleeper (3m x 200mm x 100mm). The sleepers themselves are fine. However, the delivery process was far from ideal. Before buying, I specifically confirmed with customer service that delivery could be made inside my property on a day I was available. They advised me to leave these instructions in the comment box during checkout, which I did. Unfortunately, these instructions weren't relayed to the third-party delivery company. On the delivery day, I wasn't home when the driver arrived. He called and informed me he was outside my building. While he did reschedule for the next day when I was available, the overall experience was further marred by the driver's unhelpful behaviour. Despite the £76 delivery cost, the driver was impatient, unfriendly, and initially refused to offer any assistance in carrying the sleepers into the building. In an attempt to persuade him to help, I resorted to unconventional methods. While this tactic ultimately resulted in him begrudgingly assisting with one end of the sleepers, it shouldn't have been necessary. The high cost of delivery implies a certain level of service, which was simply not met in this instance. While the product itself is satisfactory, the communication breakdown and the driver's unprofessional conduct significantly impacted my overall experience. To improve your service, I strongly recommend ensuring clear communication between Suregreen and the delivery company. Additionally, emphasising a professional and helpful approach from delivery driver would greatly enhance customer satisfaction. Thank you for considering my feedback.

Delivery longer than advertised as they don’t count weekends as working days despite working weekends 🤷🏻‍♂️ Then sleepers clearly hadn’t been quality checked as two were damaged from the treatment. Their forklift had damaged a number of sleepers at some point when they were lifted. I did receive a partial refund due to the damaged sleepers but would rather have had undamaged sleepers (replacements offered but would take several days which is too long when already been delayed as above)

Great soft wood sleepers and good value for money.the 3 stara is for the way the lorry was loaded the driver couldn't get his pallet truck underneath to get them out as they were loads on the side of the lorry,so customer(me) had to hand ball 36 sleepers off the lorry Lucky I am just still able to do this works but an elderly customers would never have done it.so just a bit more thought in the loading and unloading of the lorry.buy my planters look great.

Had fence panels and posts delivered today,the drivers name was wilkins the same as mine! He could not have been more helpful and asked where I would like them offloaded.i am sure if all drivers were as nice as this chap the world would Bea much better place.

Product I ordered was great but the delayed delivery, with no notification or explanation was bad. Spent ages trying to contact Customer Service, only to be told 'there is a delay at our warehouse'. Not good when you're trying to get a project done but don't know when you're getting a delivery!

Product very good, unfortunately let down a little by delivery. Had requested Suregreens own lorry with crane, on the understanding that delivery would take longer, to lift the pallet of 36 sleeper off. Two weeks later, a message from a 3rd party courier to arrange delivery on a lorry with no crane so had to manually unload by hand.

Cheap and cheerful but don't expect the mini sleepers to last too long. Pressure treatment has hardly penetrator the surface and quite a few splits in the wood. Good delivery process though.

Great products and a good price but let down by poor logistics and disconnected delivery partners. Bought these online with payment taken immediately, small print said one item was delayed in the confirmation but didn’t expect to wait 2.5weeks until I got a text with a courier company’s phone number.. called them and asked when it was coming but told they had also just been told so another 6 days to wait. Delivery came minus one item (fine, shipping errors happen) but there was no answer to my phone calls and I had to leave it to the courier company to liaise and chase with you. A few extra phone lines, people and a better tracking capability would be money well spent 👍

Good quality sleepers at a good price. if you require these order well in advance. My order nearly took a month to arrive. Even the courier cancelled a booked delivery date and told me that day at 12.30pm

Website is good. But there has been a wait of over 15 minutes to get through to customer services. There is however a call back facility so that you don't have to wait whoch I did not opt for.

When I started to leave a review I was about to give this company one star but, having given time to cool down and rethink, I believe that would be over-critical. It has to be said though that, based on my experience, dealing with this company can be good and bad in equal measure. Having placed my order for 22 railway sleepers and a selection of brackets I waited for confirmation of delivery by their claimed 'fast national delivery service'. There were a few days before I heard anything but then my order was placed just before a bank holiday weekend so that was to be expected. I then received an email stating that my order was about to be dispatched and the delivery company would be in touch in the next two days. What actually got was a garbled message left for me on the BT text service which I would not normally use, for those interested a quick search on the Internet about the service will explain why, so I emailed the company. The response I got was the delivery company would be in contact in the next few days to arrange delivery, in other words, I was being given the brush off. Annoyed I rang the customer service line and the agent was most helpful and managed to get the delivery company to ring me and arrange a delivery for Monday as it was already Friday. Not only that the agent called back later to confirm I had been contacted. As they request two people to be around to accept the delivery, despite the fact it is a pallet service, I arranged for a friend to be on hand. Monday came and I felt very uneasy about the matter so spent some time finding the tracking site for the delivery company, note I had to go looking as such information was not given to me in any of the contacts so far. My heart sank when I noticed the tracking showed that the order was still waiting to have a delivery date to be arranged with the recipient. Another call to the customer services and again the agent was both polite and helpful and after a few phone calls she was able to advise the delivery would be made as promised. When they did deliver my friend had given up his day for nothing as the driver was able to move the pallet of the sleepers onto my driveway. Admittedly it took around ten minutes and some supreme skills by the driver to manipulate the pallet and sleepers onto the tail lift of his truck. The order was complete and, given the cost, the sleepers were excellent and good value for money, there were even some freebies thrown in such as a couple of rolls of weed prevention sheeting and fixings. In conclusion, the product is good but both the delivery and response to emails by the company is generally, sadly lacking. The bad email response is offset by the good service provided by customer services over the phone. The delivery company is sadly lacking and not equipped to deliver pallet items despite the claim they can do so. One does have to be impressed by both the skill and the general demeanour of the driver though. Finally, the use of BT text service as a form of contact is indefensible by any company that wants to be seen as an honourable company

Delivery went missing and took two or more weeks. It was damged and retrieved and finally redilvered. I was issues with an invoice which had 00.00 in the bottom line. Co mmuncation about missing parcel was promtpt but diasappointing. Invoice is an issue as this needs to be justified in the annual accounts. Altogether, great product when it finally arrvied, but unprofessional and dosapointing online order and delviery service. thank you

I am very pleased with the service from Suregreen. I wasn't at the site when the delivery was made however, the delivery person carried all of my orders to the playground, lifted them over a fence, and stacked them, what legend! You didn't get the full stars because I asked for the order to be delivered on a later date however, the information did not get to the driver, also the emails were a little late aswell. I am happy with the outcome though... thank you. 😊
