I bought a pair of gloves and less than a week later the stitching has come undone on the thumb. I wore them a couple of times more and the Velcro is now starting to rip off the fabric underneath.

I am very, very disappointed in my knee length new Sealkin socks! I ordered this pair because my first pair stopped working! after only 2 years. I reordered in the hopes that this was a fluke. I went rowing this morning in the Hudson River, hoping that my feet would be warm and dry. Totally wet after standing in the 60 degree water for less than 3 minutes. I feel entitled to a total refund.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback, Aled. I can see the gloves you ordered were in Tasburgh which are our water repellent gloves and not waterproof . Water repellent can handle low-level exposure to water but not to heavy rain or heavy exposure to water. I hope this helps. Kindest regards Sealskinz Customer Services.

Ordered gloves directly from the Sealskinz website with rushed delivery. Used the sizing guides they provided and the gloves that came were so small, I couldn’t even put them on my hands. Immediately emails support with no response back for over two weeks now. Reading all the reviews after the fact, turns out almost all customers had the same issue due to the invalid sizing guide published on their site. I will not recommend them, consider it an expensive lesson learned.

Products are usually excellent. These new ones with the rubber band on the inside on top gave ne blisters on my calves and hurt like hell. Wore them on friday, it’s now tuesday and I still have a solid red line on my skin where the rubber was.

Quick response but was only offered a credit note and not a refund for faulty socks. The replacement pair also had to be returned as the design has changed and are very uncomfortable, I was also informed that only a credit note would be given. This is no good to me as I feel Sealskins have reduced in quality but the high price tag remains. I replaced my previous socks, which I’d had for many years, in August. I am still without any waterproof socks due to Sealskinz faulty design and I’m forced to try a different Sealskinz design because of the credit note when I have lost faith in the Sealskinz brand now.

Ordered mid September for a gift, they’ve been sitting at a shipping hub in New York since September 21st, it is now October 2nd. Not impressed especially since the socks a $60 a piece! Starting to think I’ve been scammed

The gloves have a nice grip and tech accessible and were warm for about 20 min. They then failed and began absorbing all water and moisture in the air, became heavy and lost their purpose. Very upsetting considering I chose to pack them for a trip and should have skipped the purchase.
