“SO disappointed with my Sealskinz socks. Wore them for the first time during an eight mile hike on the West Highland Way (Injinji toe socks, Sealskinz, trail shoes). It didn't rain that day, but there were a few muddy puddles. Feet not submerged at any point, yet Sealskinz, toe socks and feet totally soaked. Waste of money and wish I'd taken some photos! Will buy Noord in future.....”

“Really disappointed maybe I was expecting my foot to remain dry whilst wearing the socks, Shame it was just another product not quite how explained to me as well as it should been.”

“I bought "waterproof" gloves. One glove was not waterproof and I received a replacement. But, again, one glove was not waterproof. Disappointing, esp. considering the claim of being "waterproof"”

“I really live the products, I am using the gloves for several years. But this time, the delivery takes more than 3 weeks from UK to Germany so I won't receive them in time for my vacation. Very pool!”

“Ordered items on April 27. Company charged my credit card promptly. Now May 29th and still waiting for the product to even ship. Cannot attest to the quality of the products since I do not have it yet. At this time, I cannot recommend Sealskinz. I will re-evaluate if I ever receive the products.”

“First time wearing them, went golfing on a slightly rainy day. Even tried avoiding puddles etc and still got very wet inside. Not what I was expecting from waterproof.”

“Purchashed Sealskinz Upwell "Waterproof" and heated gloves on 20th November 2024 for use in wet and cold weather cycling. Extremely disappointed with them and will not use again. Massively overstated waterproof properties, very poor battery charging instructions, unsuitable product for wet weather cycling, extremely poor customer support in response to the detailed feedback I provided to Sealskinz. After 4 months, still no reply, only A! geneterated holding messages. DO NOT PURCHASE FOR WET WEATHER CYCLING.”

“I got a voucher from you due to your waterproof guarantee. I then bought new items. All was well. One of my new items were socks and after first was they looked in bad shape. I wrote back to you. Wanted a full refund as they were new. Was informed I could only have £6 refund instead of the £17 I paid for them as originally my item that I needed the waterproof guarantee voucher was bought at Cotswolds Outdoor. I find this really annoying and have decided not to get refund as I would be loosing money. What was especially annoying was you sent me a script saying you expect this from wool socks.”

“These expensive socks are just not doing the trick. I use them for work. I work sanitation for a milk plant and they don't keep my feet dry at all. Kind of a waste of money...”
