Bought a top of the range Marham cap which was described as waterproof and washable. At the first wash it shrunk. Pre-wash 16.5cm cap button to side, post-wash it was 15cm! At Sealskinz request itwas returned for evaluation and I requested a refund. Without explanation Customer Services exchanged it. Not what I asked for as the new one might shrink as well. Additionally, I was informed quote 'Please keep in mind that the original items are no longer covered by any form of warranty or guarantee and are not eligible for any refunds, returns, or replacements.' I'd been happy with Sealskinz for many years but, after this, am unlikely to use them again.

The caps I have bought deteriorate quite quickly. I had 4 of them all broken after 2 use (probably each one being used a couple of time a week for 6 months). You agreed to send me one replacement (which i thought was a poor substitute). This one has started to show rip signs on the front of the cap after one wash.

Worn them for a few runs now, inc a 70mile ultra. My 2 biggest issues are with the side pockets. If the internal phone pockets get wet, then they activate the screen on my phone which causes it to do loads of crazy things. Also when you use the pocket, it makes the internal shorts fall down my leg. Not my best purchase.

Service good. The problem is the shirt isn’t robust enough to wear with a running hydration pack as it ruins the material.

The gloves i recently purchased fell apart after using one 3 times! I have used sealskins for years and have recommended them to people, this time I'm very disappointed

It says on the website '20 years of experience in manufacturing'. I believed I was getting a British product but when it arrived it had a label 'Made in China'. Was buying this hat as a replacement for a previous Sealskinz hat that had fallen apart. This hat is so crumpled from posting that it looks awful. Poor quality products.

In my case the unisex sizing of gloves was not noted in the item description resulting in me ordering the wrong size and having to return the gloves. I did not exchange re-order.

Bought running shorts. Design and comfort are great but the finish was poor. I had to cut out a lot of excess fabric on the inner seam linings that just were not tailored with any level than would be expected with the garment cost.

Hello, after buying two pairs of cycling socks, waterproof, with and without silicone, I can't understand why an hour after the rain starts, my feet are completely wet. It's even worse, because the water gets trapped inside the sock and doesn't come out, even after the rain has stopped. Then my feet are in a puddle until the end of the ride. Other socks would have already dried from the body heat inside the shoe. At the end of the ride, you can pour the water out of the socks like from a bucket.

I have had a pair leather gloves from Seal Skinz I bought locally that have been awesome, performed great. Wore in well, stayed waterproof, and stitching lasted a long time. I ordered the exact same pair online in the same size assuming fit would be the same but they changed the mould. Finger length has increased by close to an inch. Fit fine around the palm but not even close to the right fit. No response when trying to contact them from Canada. I would recommend the product as the quality was great but disappointed with lack of customer service and fit irregularity.

The gloves I ordered were medium size and I don't have big hands...but they were ridiculously tight to put on. Not a medium glove. Very disappointed.

I bought a pair for cycling the an turas mor cycling route through Scotland from north to south. They keep your feet warm but aren't waterproof, the reason I purchased them for £50

Quality of socks not as expected. Disappointed of the waterproof socks. Wet after couple of mins and stay wet for 2days. Homepage promised a lot more. Not what I need.

Very disappointed in the quality and response of this company. I have an email to address the issues I have with these gloves considering the price I paid for them. They are not as warm as it saids, the seal logo immediately started to fall off on day one wearing them and sent email to your support team and got no response nor could I have find a way to return these gloves.
