“Having emails initially replied to by a 'trainee AI' bot is far from encouraging so you ought to change that response. Once a human replies you know you're dealing with someone which is infinitely more reassuring. Otherwise OK. A shame the shop in London didn't stock the full range of gloves when I visited. And I'm still waiting to hear if the refund for the reurn of the gloves has been made.”

“Having lost a Sealskin glove when travelling I was keen to purchase a new pair, warmer than the previous very useful pair. It was a mistake to do so on-line because the fingers are too long and the gloves not as warm as required, even for a mild British winter. Next time I wil wish to purchase instore, even if the range if smaller than on-line.”

“New gloves have fingers too long for small hands like all other makes of glove. I had loved my Sealskins which have now nearly worn out which were small in size and had shortish fingers. I thought after 70 years I had found a make which really fits, but am so disappointed.”

“Bought the heated gloves mainly for cycling but so far (weather restricted) have only worn them whilst dog walking. They are great for keeping my hands warm (I have Raynauds) however for me they have a major design flaw - I am a woman and they’re only available in unisex sizes. I measured as advised and got Small. Without the batteries inserted they are a bit long in the fingers but when the batteries are inserted it is very difficult to get my hands through the wrists. Also, the Velcro wrist tabs are too short to fasten with the batteries inserted. 😩 I’m not a large person (size 10) so have normal slim wrists. The attached video has a long gap from with and without the battery as I struggled to get the glove off with the battery inserted! 🤪”

“Hoodie was fine very chunky and warm. Socks (waterproof), I knew this would be a gamble as I have very small feet (UK 3). I bought the smallest ones but they are still a bit too big and 'bag like' on my feet.”

“A little disappointed with the fring glove you need to make the description more realistic haven’t tested the waterproofness yet but I would class them as an extreme cold weather insulated gauntlet would be sending them back if I’d paid the full price”

“When I received the mittens and tried them on I found that they had gloves on the inside, I was advised prior to ordering them that this was not the case so I returned them. The delivery was quite quick, the mittens seemed to be well made, the return process was hasle free and I recieved a full refund.”

“Nice gloves but the heating is very sporadic I changed them for a smaller size but this did not fix the problem. I have kept the gloves but they are disappointing, especially for the price!!”

“Using for motorbike riding in winter. Kept feet relatively warm but one sock was not waterproof as stated. These were brand new, not washed, yet sock was soaking inside and out and foot wet through. Wore as stated, nothing under, only lace up boots on top.”

“My Waterproof Beanie is somewhat strange. It does keep the rain out, but it also keeps any perspiration in. The waterproof Memebrane between the Outer Surface and the Inner Liner is quite weird. It might have a special fancy name for the material, but in basic language it is Plastic. It is strangley noisey as you touch the Beanie and becuae the Beaniew does not "breath" it should be worn only for short periods .”

“I've been a long time customer of Sealskinz. I think I started buying your products in 2014, that's over 10 years. Over time, the products have become less consistent I feel. For example, I still have the original coldest weather lobster cycling gloves I purchased. Subsequent purchases have been hit/miss. Either too tight or not warm enough. This is a general theme, I'm afraid.”

“Overall the hat is suitable for frigid weather. I was disappointed that only the top part of the knit hat was waterproof, while the large band is not. I felt it was a little snug as well. Nonetheless I enjoy wearing it.”

“The company itself was prompt with delivery however, the quality of the beanie is somewhat lacking. It gets out of shape easily and I feel the double layers should be stitched together to help keep the integrity of the beanie”

“I am a fan of Sealskinz products. These are lovely gloves with the touch screen fingers. Sadly, they only come in one size and are not suitable for anyone without long fingers. I did anticipate this when I bought them for a present, but still disappointed. Please make a smaller size.”
