“sizing of gloves is awful! I measure medium by your guide but find XXL too tight. on the good side: your customer services was v good. they exchanged XL for XXL which I have just returned again as they are also unwearably tight. hopefully they will refund.”

“Introductory offer codes don't work, and postage isn't covered for orders. Buying gloves is very similar to buying shoes: it's often very hard to find something that fits comfortably, so it's a risk buying from somewhere where you're charged for postage if something doesn't fit.”

“Unfortunately there was a significant discrepancy between the duration the two batteries lasted for. Sealskinz tested the gives and found no fault which then questions the validity of their testing. They offered to either return the gloves to me a refund and so I chose the refund.”

“I returned gloves before Christmas looking for an exchange and when I realised they wouldn’t be delivered until after Christmas I asked for a refund. I was told it was too late the new gloves were on their way. It’s now 13th of Jan and I still don’t have them”
