“The bobble fell off my daughter's new hat in a week, the chin strap comes undone on my son's new hat, the heated gloves are really uncomfortable to wear because the battery pack is too big. I can't even find a place to get in touch with customer service. Tried and submitted a ticket which just became a dead end.”

“Bought expensive gloves, they have not done what they where supposed to do, I would be better off getting a cheap pair, as these have not kept my hands warm.”

“I felt that the gloves that I ordered had several design issues. I have to say the response l got from customer care were far from positive. I returned them and it took over two weeks for them to deal with a refund. They made it very clear that they did not accept responsibility for poor performance!!”

“Tried to change delivery address 10 min after order - not possible couldn’t cancel so went to caravan closed until next March. Initially advised I would have something to look forward to to! Eventually resent. Product not worth wait to thick as glove liners”

“Super disappointing. Bought “water proof” socks for my wife who needs to keep her feet dry while swimming. It turns out the socks are not waterproof - which is found in the FAQ. Apparently, the purpose is for people of intend to walk in wet conditions with leaky shoes. I’d tend to get shoes that didn’t leak - which would be cheaper than these socks.”
