“I had an issue where I purchased 2 sets of winter gloves/mittens and ordered XL size which is my normal size. I foundthem both to be too tight and I could not wear them. Customer service reached out to me and arranged a return, and I re-ordered XXL in both. They helped me out with some of the shipping costs.”

“Handschuhe Größe L gemäß Grössentabelle sitzen press. In den Fingerspitzen ist es ok, da noch Platz nach vorne. Versand bis nach Deutschland ging schnell, ab da gab es Probleme mit der Adresse und es kam zu leichter Verspätung. Nun muss ich die Handschuhe erst in der Praxis testen - ob sie halten was sie versprechen”

Hallo, vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Schön zu hören, dass Größe L gemäß Größentabelle passt, auch wenn die Fingerspitzen noch etwas Luft haben. Tut mir leid wegen der Adressprobleme beim Versand nach Deutschland – wir arbeiten daran, solche Verzögerungen zukünftig zu vermeiden. “I bought my first pair of knee length Sealskinz in 2015 and they lasted 10 years. They had a hard life (motorcycle trials riding) and only started to leak due to the wear and tear inflicted on them. I didn't hesitate to buy a new pair when replacements were needed. Excellent waterproof socks..!”

“Overall the product was good. The fit was as expected - perhaps a little short in the fingers and some extra room around the main part of the hand. Waterproofness is great, but I did find that breathability was a little limited and as a result of this, the gloves didn't perform so well in very cold weather (sub-zero with wind chill).”

“I ordered the heated gloves for my husband and based on the size guide medium should have been sufficient. However there was no way he could get his hands through the cuff even with the batteries removed (even I struggled to get them on). So I returned them and reordered them (free of charge) in size XL as I suspected large would have also been to tight. I guessed correct he could just about get his hands through the cuff comfortably. yes some of the finger ends are to long but they are clearly the best fit for him. Really warm, comfortable to wear and smart looking”

“So I bought a pair of trousers to go with the jacket I bought. I bought them in olive the same e colour as the jacket, Swainsthorpe they are known as, with a cream t shirt, what can I say? I look properly boss, sealskinz are a worthy company who make great clothing, hats and gloves too, id recommend these highly to anyone wanting to look fresh as a new pin. If sealskinz want a older clothing tester, Im here 🫡.”

“Having emails initially replied to by a 'trainee AI' bot is far from encouraging so you ought to change that response. Once a human replies you know you're dealing with someone which is infinitely more reassuring. Otherwise OK. A shame the shop in London didn't stock the full range of gloves when I visited. And I'm still waiting to hear if the refund for the reurn of the gloves has been made.”

“Having lost a Sealskin glove when travelling I was keen to purchase a new pair, warmer than the previous very useful pair. It was a mistake to do so on-line because the fingers are too long and the gloves not as warm as required, even for a mild British winter. Next time I wil wish to purchase instore, even if the range if smaller than on-line.”
