Ordered items on April 27. Company charged my credit card promptly. Now May 29th and still waiting for the product to even ship. Cannot attest to the quality of the products since I do not have it yet. At this time, I cannot recommend Sealskinz. I will re-evaluate if I ever receive the products.

tey are not wateroroof and I' m freezing in it at temperatures about - 5 degrees.

First time wearing them, went golfing on a slightly rainy day. Even tried avoiding puddles etc and still got very wet inside. Not what I was expecting from waterproof.

Purchashed Sealskinz Upwell "Waterproof" and heated gloves on 20th November 2024 for use in wet and cold weather cycling. Extremely disappointed with them and will not use again. Massively overstated waterproof properties, very poor battery charging instructions, unsuitable product for wet weather cycling, extremely poor customer support in response to the detailed feedback I provided to Sealskinz. After 4 months, still no reply, only A! geneterated holding messages. DO NOT PURCHASE FOR WET WEATHER CYCLING.

I got a voucher from you due to your waterproof guarantee. I then bought new items. All was well. One of my new items were socks and after first was they looked in bad shape. I wrote back to you. Wanted a full refund as they were new. Was informed I could only have £6 refund instead of the £17 I paid for them as originally my item that I needed the waterproof guarantee voucher was bought at Cotswolds Outdoor. I find this really annoying and have decided not to get refund as I would be loosing money. What was especially annoying was you sent me a script saying you expect this from wool socks.

These expensive socks are just not doing the trick. I use them for work. I work sanitation for a milk plant and they don't keep my feet dry at all. Kind of a waste of money...

Sealskinz are good at chasing you for feedback - but when you try & chase them for what you consider faulty goods they’ve sold you they are equally as good at completely ignoring you

I ordered a pair of ladies gloves. They cost about $100 You sent the wrong size. I contacted your customer service. They told me I have to pay to replace my order that you made the size mistake of. That’s terrible customer service. I’ll never buy anything from you again. And I’ll certainly be sure to inform everyone I know of your terrible customer service.

Gloves fell apart after only a couple of weeks company said it was accidental damage, had a pair previously that lasted 3 years, customer service was appalling, clearly the items were faulty

i have already sent email few weeks ago but no reply - Dear Sealskinz Team, I recently placed an order with you (Order Number: UK355477) for two pairs of waterproof socks. However, the ones I received are the thin version, whereas I have consistently ordered the thicker version over the past several years. I have been a long-time customer of Sealskinz, purchasing from you for the last 10 years. While I have often used the guest checkout, my previous orders have always been for the thicker waterproof socks. If you check my past orders under my name and address (2A Holly Park Drive, Bradford BD7 40A), you will see that I have consistently bought the same type. I'd like to return these two pairs and get the correct thicker version instead. Please let me know: 1. The return process for these socks. 2. The correct item reference for the thicker version. 3. Whether there's any additional cost I need to cover for the exchange. Id appreciate your guidance on this so we can resolve it smoothly. Looking forward to your response.
