The gloves I have worn once and they have started to bobble on the fingers already. It was windy when I wore them and my hands were freezing. I may have been unlucky with a faulty pair but very poor how the bobbled after only wearing once.

This has been one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I placed the order and requested a shipping address change before it was dispatched, but was told it was too late. A few days later, I was informed it had been delivered to my old apartment address. However, the leasing office there confirmed that the mailroom never received the package. I’ve now lost $175.50 USD with no resolution. This level of service is extremely disappointing. I need this matter addressed immediately.

The runnings socks are not great. I’ve had more blisters since wearing them and haven’t changed my shoes. So it must be the socks.

I purchased an Upton (ORDER US48282) hat in late December but just got ready to use it. While it is certainly well made and keeps one’s ears warm there is a no flap or other type of covering for the back of the head, so… what’s the point of wearing it in cold weather? The adjustment strap could easily be outside of the hat and then the hat made to cover not just the ears, but the back of the head as well. So, I will never really recommend to anyone that they purchase one and look carefully at other items for sale. Stephen M Griffin

I had high expectations for what are marketed as expensive high end gloves as a present. They looked well made when I received them. I was asked to review them so I asked the person I gave them to and they said unfortunately they don’t keep his hands warm and because they are very stiff they have to be removed to work a phone. This was extremely disappointing to me and did not live up to what I had expected from the online marketing.

The very expensive gloves I ordered with a long lead time for a trip to Canada were so late in arriving for delivery that I literally received the package delivery when on the plane leaving on the trip. When I had complained about this prior to delivery the response I received included a note that the company policy was that abusive language would not be tolerated and when I wrote back that I didn’t consider my expression of frustration was not abusive language I was told that was standard procedure. Hint, speed up delivery, you’ll need to send the abusive language warning less frequently in the future.
