“Quality for the price I paid wasn’t as I was expecting, they are very flimsy poor quality, would not buy from them again, the ends curl up as not a heavy rug, near tripped twice already, as soon as I get better quality it’s gone, not a happy customer”

“I appreciate being able to get a rug runner in the exact dimensions that I needed. The DHS service was a little funky, and hard to know if real or a scam. I had to go online because they said there was an address problem. The problem was of their creating, as I did not put a 9 digit zip code in when I signed for delivery, only a 5 digit one. The wrong zip code must have been machine created, causing an unnecessary delay. I received the delivery today. While an oriental rug in design, I find it to have a much brighter red than what appeared online. I hope my wife can live with it.”

“Ordered on Sunday night, delivered on Tuesday. The stair runner we ordered is excellent and the stair gripper/underlay kit saves a lot of effort and faffing. Great value and great quality. Will definitely use again.”
