“Very swift order supply ....unfortunately the item ordered showed a different colour to that on the site .. .a shame really as it would have completed our Redecoration .. Hi Henry, We are disappointed to hear that the product didn't quite match our images. It can be quite difficult sometimes to get a true representation from images online due to a number of factors including screen resolution, lighting in the studio compared to your home and of course simply poor imagery to name a few. We are now reviewing the imagery and will look to get these corrected and updated. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment this may have caused. “Fast, on time delivery, good quality carpet BUT the carpet grippers were rubbish, the gripper nails were not even, some stuck straight up through the carpet, some fell out before fitting! Some of the timber strips were so weak they broke before they could be nailed to the stairs. Would definitley use again for the carpet but NOT the grippers.”
