“Everything arrived undamaged. I did an inventory and found that some of the rail caps were missing from the order. I contaced Runrug and brought it to their attention. They were quick to correct the discrepency and I received the remaining caps in a reasonable time. Thumbs up to Runrug.”

“These are great value and great quality - sadly, entirely my own fault, I didn't read the add properly and request them to be cut to the runner width so they are going to be a little longer on each side. Ill get used to it I guess. Efficient, well packaged delivery and would highly recommend this seller. These rods are a greatl look!”
