“The stair carpet arrived swiftly and was exactly as shown on the website. Very pleased. My only gripe was the underlay which I didn’t realise would need trimming! My mistake as logically I should have thought it through however I do feel that this should be made more obvious in the description for people like me! However this doesn’t detract from our satisfaction with the carpet.”
