“It’s not clear on the website that their runners for stairs are much more complicated to purchase where there are winding stairs. They also cannot recommend any carpet fitters. In Australia vast majority of carpet is supply and install so it was impossible to find an installer. Spent $90 including shipping on a tiny sample (not the size of a mat as I was led to believe) that was a total waste of money.”

“I have the same runner already and have had it for a number of years in our caravan and it's brilliant it hasn't worn at all. It still looks good. I have been looking all over for the same runner and am so pleased that u can still purchase it. It is very hard wearing.”

“Great company. Website is easy to follow with a huge range of colours and patterns to choose from. Delivery was quick and well within the time stated. Had to call customer service and a guy called Joe was so helpful..and resolved my issue quickly. The quality of the carpets are excellent and we will definitely use the company again.”
