“I was skeptical of ordering a rug from a UK based company and how long it would take to arrive in California, but Runrug performed beyond my expectations. I placed my order late on a Saturday, had my rug the following Wednesday, amazing. There was an issue with the delivery company, contacted customer service and had a response, and resolution, in 24 hrs. I am impressed with this company, and will order again.”

“Prompt delivery. The runner colour and length were as expected from the pictures. If I'm being picky I would have liked it a little thicker, but as it's for a porch it's serviceable, sits well on the floor and most importantly does not slip around.”

“Superb customer service! Ordered on 23rd and received on 30th November to the far north of Scotland. My order was for a custom length of 257 cms. It was produced exactly to my size and fits the long narrow hall perfectly. Extremely good price, especially with the Black Friday 25% off. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. A special shout out to Iain who was very patient with me!”
