“Excellent service . I paid an extra £5.00 for next day delivery , and when this did not happen , the £5.00 was refunded within days . I am so very happy with the stair rods ! Would highly recommend Runrug👍”

“The runner is great, looks as advertised: thinner base than our previous runner, but still fine. However the delivery experience was bad. I am in Australia. The piece went from Leeds to Sydney then mysteriously to Florida, where it got held up by customs waiting for paperwork. (Guess it was an illegal immigrant.) This was a DHL problem but the Runrug customer services was patronising and unhelpful.”

Unfortunately sometimes shipments can get held up/re-diverted for all sorts of reasons. I am afraid this is out of our control. “Our runner looks lovely. Customer support (through email and phone) was incredible. Especially when I realized I'd submitted the wrong address for runner shipment. The wonderful British man said he thought he had time to change it, and said, "Just put this in my hands" -- and he came through. The website itself, and instructions for measuring and ordering, are very clear.”
