“arrived just when it said it would just a couple of days after ordering. Was cut to the size i asked for. Very pleased with it looks very nice in my hall.”

“Received the runner promptly with very unexpected import charges. The rug quality was fine but sadly we did not unroll it before installing. Initially, it looked great. Within an hour, an unexpected repeating pattern of marks appeared on the runner. We contacted customer service who quickly offered to refund the import charges. They could not explain the rug markings and because we actually installed the runner could do no more. The runner will remain in place until I can find a suitable replacement even though it looks like someone spilled something top to bottom. Customer service was polite and prompt attempting to answer my concerns. My advice to future customers is to unroll your runner completely and let it sit for awhile before installing.”

“Very good quality product. The website is excellent to navigate and the fact that you can take an image and lay the rug or runner into it to visualise how it would look is very useful. Easy purchasing and prompt delivery as well. Thank you runrug.”

“I bought the Red Persian 2’ x 10’ runner for my mother who lives in Florida. She wanted a red runner to go with Christmas decorations this year and this completely fit her specifications. She said that it’s very well made and a true Christmas red, not burgundy or slightly pink ir orange. My mom is very picky and for her to say she’s happy with it means a lot. Thank you Runrug!”

“Love the rug, looks gr8 in our hall. Non slip mat good too. We couldn't get the length anywhere, here we were spoiled for choice. Delivery was quick too.”

“Ordered easily on line and runners arrived on time a week later - kept up to date the whole time. Very pleased with them - two wooden floor hallways which now seem cosier with the sound muted and I can always roll them up in the summer if I wish.”
