“A very good company to buy rugs from. I ordered the wrong size initially and then re-ordered the correct the size. Their customer team were superb when I contacted them to explain that I needed to make a return. Great customer and overall service - thoroughy reccomend this company”

“The rugs are wonderful and I'm thankful for the ability to get the exact length I want in a runner rug. But everytime I try to use any coupon, the system will take it, but when I check out, I get charged the regular price. It has now happened twice and makes me not want to use this site anymore. Hope they fix it.”

“This is my second time buying runner rugs from them and very happy with purchase and service. Great selection and quality. I have bought super long ones for the kitchen and custom cut for my porch and they are still going, as new, after a year. I replaced the kitchen this week only because it was grubby and husband tipped a tray of hot fat on it so it had to go. 🙈 other than that it had many years left in it.”

“I am absolutely satisfied with my orders and they looked great. Runrug customer service is phenomenal. After my order went through, I had a little concern about the length. I sent e-mail and response was timely and assuring. What ordered should be ideal and as they suggested, it fitted perfectly. I would recommend Rugrun to anyone for their needs related to stair runners. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture to upload at this time.”

“Very good quality runner rugs. Nice bright colors. Delivery was very quick even coming from UK. Rugs were rolled as they shoud be when shipped. I highly recommend.”

“So far so good. I love the look. They are comfortable to walk on barefoot. They appear to be durable and I like that they already have a non-slip backing so that I don't need a separate non-slip backing. I have only had these runners for a few days so it is hard for me to to give a complete review. Also, the shipping was quick which was great! Most importantly, I will be purchasing more.”

“Item is nice but delivery took months wasn’t clear before ordering the delay for the order when it would arrive. The item is ok for what it is price possibly abit high for what it is but still ok”
