“One of the best selections of Rug Runners. Very pleased with the quality and price of the 3 Rugs purchased. Although 2 of the rugs sent were the wrong size, Customer Services very quickly replaced the rugs within a few days.”

“Sent the wrong rug. The right one has now been sent. Helpful staff but that mistake shouldn't have happened!”

“1 foot long samples arrived a few days after when DHL announce it was delivered. DHL's tracking information is pathetic. No final delivery address is provided on their website so when it does not arrive on the day DHL says it arrived, you want to know what address it was mailed to. No such luck.”

“Thank you Joe! Thank you Runrug! I had ordered some stair runner rods, and had not seen the end of the invoice to see the expected delivery date. It was the day my installer was leaving town! I talked to Joe stateside, and he and DHL got me the rods three days before the due date, in plenty of time for installation. Such a relief! Thanks to all involved. And the rods are beautiful to boot!”
