“Actual rods very good but they don't manufacturer these, the wood screws that came with them very cheap I'm a carpenter I know what I'm saying poor quality rusty as well poor quality”

“Little delivery delay as some items had to be made, very pleased with the rugs when they arrived. non-slip matting was better than nothing under the rugs to stop movement on carpet tiles. would buy from company again.”

“It's very handy being able to buy different lengths of sisal runner. I am delighted with the one I chose as it has really smartened up a rather dull little passage of the main landing in our house. Good quality, good price and fast delivery.”

“It's beautiful and I just hope it stands up to wear and tear. My disappointment happened when I first ordered, there was a long waiting period--but I was okay with that. However, when it was time for it to be delivered (if memory serves), I emailed checking on dellivery date. It was then I was notified that it had to be ordered so it would take a couple more months. You need to check when I originally ordered, but if memory serves, it took around 6 months (more or less). I just hope the carpet's wear and tear works better than Runrug's personnel.”

“I took a chance and messaged on the off chance that you had the carpet i was after. The colour was discontinued but you had some pieces. I took a chance and bought those off cuts. Although ive not had them put down yet they are perfect. Thank you Runrug”

“We are very pleased with our new runrug for our newly decorated hallway. The deep red design looks great with our beige grey flooring and was just what we were looking for. Website was easy to use, and it was delivered very quickly and as indicated. Thanks for a great rug, Runrug!”
